Winston Chan

Winston Chan is Group CEO of FT Consulting with 20 years of experience in franchising, licensing, and IP management across several countries. He is a winner of the prestigious Rotary Singapore – ASME Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2024. He recently retired in July 2025 as a Board Member of IPOS International, and is currently WIPO’s Lead Consultant for ASEAN’s IPR Action Plan 2026-2030.
