Ir. Razilu, M.Si., CGCAE has led major digital transformation initiatives at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI), including launching the POP HC system, which reduced copyright registration time to under 10 minutes. Under his leadership, DJKI saw a significant rise in IP filings, surpassing 1.7 million applications between 2015 and 2024. He also introduced national programs like EKII and “Jelajah KI” to promote IP literacy, and strengthened institutional capacity by founding IPAKI and supporting regional IP consultants. Razilu has been instrumental in advancing fair copyright practices and transparency in Indonesia’s creative economy.
