Evelyn, affectionately known as Eve, is the Managing Director of Great Place To Work ASEAN and ANZ. With nearly 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, she collaborates with leaders to build outstanding workplace cultures. She is recognized across South-East Asia for her expertise in workplace culture, leadership, employee engagement, and flexibility, frequently speaking at keynotes and media events. Since founding the Singapore office in 2014, she now oversees the expansion of Great Place To Work® offices in ASEAN, committed to creating excellent workplaces alongside the region’s economic growth. Evelyn holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources and an MBA from Singapore Management University, awarded through a government scholarship.
