Assoc. Prof. Dr. Edy Gunawan is a legal, taxation, and finance professional with over 30 years of experience in corporate, consulting, and academic fields. He holds a Doctorate in Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan (cum laude) and multiple master’s degrees in Notarial Law, Law, and Accounting, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Law and Economics. His career includes senior roles at Indofood Group and other major companies, and he now serves as Senior Partner and Advocate at PT. Ofisi Prima Konsultindo.
Dr. Gunawan is also an active lecturer and supervisor for doctoral and master’s programs at Universitas Pelita Harapan. He is a licensed advocate, registered tax attorney, and holds various certifications in law, taxation, mediation, and information systems auditing. He has published books on tax, bankruptcy, and banking law, and is widely respected for combining strong academic expertise with practical business experience.
