Airlangga Hartarto, born on October 1, 1962, in Surabaya, is an Indonesian politician and businessman who has been the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs since 2019. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Gadjah Mada University and later earned an MBA from Monash University, a Master of Management Technology from the University of Melbourne, and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School. Before entering politics, he held leadership roles in several companies in manufacturing, finance, and trading.
