Michelle is the Co-Founder of Katalis AI, a marketing technology startup based in Singapore and Indonesia. With a background in engineering and brand-building across Indonesia, Hong Kong and the US markets, she has helped scale multiple consumer brands and now leads the development of AI-powered tools that automate marketing execution for e-commerce and service-based businesses. Prior to Katalis, she built AROMEO, an IoT wellness brand, from 0 to 6 figures within 1 year of launch in the US market, won the Consumer Electronics Show 2021 Best Innovation Award from Reviewed, and launched wellness programs for hundreds of marginalized youths in Hong Kong. Michelle is passionate about empowering businesses with smart, efficient systems—combining creativity, data, and technology to drive growth. She holds a Master’s degree in Technology Innovation and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
